Kiwifruit to Improve Sleep Quality

Studies have shown that kiwifruit contains a variety of medicinally active substances, including antioxidants and serotonin, which may be helpful in the treatment of sleep disorders. In summary, 2 kiwifruit consumed 1 hour before bedtime every night for 4 weeks increased sleep onset, length, and productivity in adults with self-reported sleep disturbances. Overall, kiwifruit consumption may improve sleep quality.
